About us

Who we are

Worcester City Lettings is a social letting agency created by Worcester City Council. We work in much the same way as a high-street letting agent, but with a social purpose and we do not make a profit.

The social letting agency was set up because we wanted to help families in need access good quality, long term and affordable accommodation.

For over 10 years we have been supporting local families to access the private rented sector.

Our aim

We want to help provide good quality, affordable and long-term private rented housing for families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their home, potentially through no fault of their own.

We want to help landlords to navigate their legal obligations and support them to use their property for social good whilst still maintaining a decent rental income.

We’re Here To Help

Our dedicated team has a wealth of experience in lettings and housing and will be here to offer good advice and support throughout tenancies. Worcester City Lettings offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants alike.
